Writing is a powerful way to shift your current state of consciousness. For this purpose it is best to use pen and paper, not your keyboard. Your arms and hands are an extension of your heart, and so the pen in your hand becomes a channel, a voice, for your heart's desire.
Write down the problem or challenge that you want a solution to, then just let your pen flow, without thinking. Let the pen in your hand move and don't stop until it naturally stops by itself.
It might take a couple of attempts before you get the hang of it, and you might just be amazed at the wisdom that can come directly from your own heart, when you use this technique!
